Exercises against stress
As we have previously mentioned, tinnitus can be a result of stress. In the article from Må Bra, they write about various exercises that you can do to relax and gain more balance.
Getting your heart rate down and being able to create a healthier way of dealing with stress is not easy and it requires practice just like anything else. We at Duearity think this is very important! Below you can see these five different exercises in a shorter format.
1. Discover your winder - What makes you wind up?
2. Discover your unwinder - What makes me unwind?
3. Take help from the body - Example: breathe calmly into the stomach
4. Become aware of your thought traps - When we are stressed, our thoughts and feelings are affected, and it is easy to start seeing everything negatively.
5. Manage your thoughts - Thoughts cannot be turned off. But we can train ourselves to deal with them in a more constructive way.
We want to change and improve!
Our goal is to improve the everyday life of individuals with tinnitus
and give them hope to be able to enjoy life again. Therefore, we have developed a medical device that can be used at any time, as each person experiences their tinnitus differently and needs different treatment times.
